I am the sum of my experiences: athlete, naturopath, coach, father. All of this allows me to accompany you in your transformation process with natural tools, deep conversations, and an approach that respects your pace and your essence.
There are no recipes that work for everyone. There is care and professionalism in being available to recognise each person's uniqueness.

Life Coaching Journey
Life Coaching is a generative technique that creates possibilities. It is integrated, because it allows me to put all my skills and experiences at your disposal.
What is Life Coaching?
I describe it as "liquids that mix but maintain their own uniqueness, a fluid movement, a perpetual dance that leads to the creation of a different reality where the person feels entitled to express and experience themselves. A movement that frees the inner parts."
The Life Coach is a facilitator who accompanies paths of personal, professional and sporting growth using tools linked to improvement.
My training:
My journey in coaching began after training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, becoming an NLP Practitioner, Master and Trainer. This training allows me to integrate multiple techniques in a personalised approach.
What is it for?
Coaching is a space where you can:
- Explore who you really are beyond the masks
- Identify and transform patterns that limit you
- Activate internal resources you already have but don't use
- Create a clear vision of where you want to go
- Design concrete actions aligned with your values
My vision of Coaching:
I start from a fundamental premise: everything we say, think and everything that happens to us in life generates a physiological reaction in us. That's why I firmly believe in an integrated approach where motivation has greater value when the physiology is right to accommodate change.

What is Ikigai?
Ikigai is a Japanese term meaning "reason for being and existing". Formed by "iki" (life) and "gai" (value), it indicates the main purpose of one's life and one's happiness.
It is the search to find one's ikigai, or what brings joy to an individual, the deep reason why one wakes up every day.
Why Ikigai?
I decided to adopt Ikigai as my main technique after a difficult time in my life. This definition was like that lighthouse in the fog that helps you reach port when conditions are not favourable.
Ikigai is connected to emotions such as joy, and is connected to the heart, to feeling harmonised with our logical part. It is a technique that neither denies nor chooses one part of us over another, but works to bring harmony between the parts.
Characteristics of Ikigai Coaching:
- Highly specific language: The less vagueness we use in communication, the better we will do
- Harmonisation of parts: Mission, passion, vocation and profession work as an orchestra
- Highly practical tool: Things change by doing, practising, demonstrating discipline
- Personalised tool: No two Ikigai are the same

Weightloss Coaching Journey
Weight Loss Coaching is a coaching specialisation dedicated exclusively to managing the internal dynamics related to body weight.
It's not a diet, it's an inner journey.
It's not a meal plan or a diet, but a journey within yourself to have a different understanding of how you approach food. Through coaching and NLP techniques and practices, you examine what doesn't work and work to transform it.
How does it work?
It is a path of awareness and personal education, where you put into practice attitudes and behaviours aimed at self-knowledge. You learn different ways of managing meals and the internal states you connect with them.
You are guided through daily practices, visualisations, reflections and inspirations aimed at improving your vision of yourself and improving the management of eating behaviour.
Everything is carried out respecting your value system and your possibilities, without making you experience moments of deprivation or tension connected with food.
Structure: The journey is structured in 9 sessions with a personalised frequency.
My personal experience:
From personal experience, I know well the internal dynamics related to weight. Often the internal dialogue and the words we use to describe ourselves are heavy and disrespectful. Having the opportunity to paint a different picture of the situation is useful in the search for one's inner wellbeing, which can then be taken outwards.

Workshops are group spaces for meeting, reflection and practice where we explore specific topics related to personal growth and wellbeing.

They are intensive sessions in group format where we combine theory, practice and shared experience. Unlike individual sessions, workshops take advantage of the richness of group work.
"In Line with the Mind" approach:
The title refers to that state of internal coherence where thought, emotion and action are aligned. When we are "in line with the mind", our decisions flow from a place of clarity and authenticity.

Naturopathic Consultancy
My path to Naturopathy:
My encounter with naturopathy occurred whilst I was living my sporting dream at its peak. I played volleyball, went to the gym, practised yoga. I was fascinated by Nature and its power.
That's how I came to the Rudy Lanza Institute, where I qualified as a Naturopath. It was a truly profound journey where I met people who shook my soul and studied things that made my certainties waver.
What is Naturopathy?
Naturopathy is a set of disciplines that promote the body's innate ability to heal itself, fostering a healthy and conscious lifestyle.
I don't work with crystallised techniques. I change and evolve constantly, seeking to optimise them in tune with my preferences, my values and the pleasure of putting them into play.

Flower Therapy
Use of flower essences (Bach, Medicine Wheel and Numerological) to harmonise emotional and energetic states naturally. It is a technique that fascinates me as if it were my first day at school. Flowers work on the emotional and energetic fields, helping to balance internal states that affect our general well-being.
Naturopathic Iridology
Observation of the iris to understand a person's constitutional makeup and predispositions. It allows for an in-depth analysis that complements the naturopathic interview. The iris is like a map that reflects constitutional aspects, allowing for more personalised support.
Naturopathic Interview
A space for listening and personalised analysis to understand you, set goals and design a wellness plan tailored to you. It is the fundamental starting point for any naturopathic support.
Connective Tissue Reflexology
A technique for releasing physical and emotional tension, promoting bodily balance through work on the fascial tissue. Connective tissue stores memories of tension and trauma, and releasing it allows for a profound sense of well-being.
Sound Massage
Application of Tibetan bowls on the body to induce deep relaxation and restore internal harmony through vibrations. The sound works at a cellular level, allowing for relaxation that goes beyond the superficial.
Foot Reflexology
Reflexology massage on the feet to stimulate balance in the body's systems and relieve accumulated tension. The feet are a map of the entire body, and working on them allows you to influence the whole organism.
Gua Sha
A traditional Chinese technique that improves circulation, relieves muscle pain and is also used for aesthetic and relaxation purposes. Through controlled scraping of the skin, toxins are mobilised and circulation is stimulated.
