WEIGHT LOSS COACH

The Weight Loss pepper, weight loss, is a coaching specialization dedicated exclusively to the management of internal dynamics related to their body weight.

It is a path of awareness where the coaching and pnl tools uses coaching and pnl tools to help the person understand the internal dynamics related to their relationship with food.

It’s not a meal plan or a diet, but a journey within yourself to have a different understanding of how you approach food.

Through techniques and practices you go, therefore, to examine what does not work and work to transform it and make it useful.

It is a path of awareness and personal education, where the person puts into practice attitudes and behaviors aimed at self-understanding and personal improvement.

It is also a path where we learn different ways of managing meals and inner states that we connect to them.

The client is guided by the coach through daily practices, visualizations, reflections and inspirations aimed at improving their self-sighted vision and improving the management of eating behavior.

Everything is carried out in compliance with the value system and the possibilities of the customer without making people live moments of deprivation or tension connected to food.

The inner world is evaluated, trying to make it more functional towards achieving a goal related to what is projected towards body weight.

The route is structured on 9 meetings with a personalized frequency.

I am very grateful and happy with this new possibility of being of help to people, especially because, from personal experience I know well the inner dynamics related to weight.

Often the inner dialogue and the words that are used to describe themselves are heavy and not very respectful, and it was so for me too.

Having the opportunity to paint a different picture of the situation is certainly helpful in the search for one’s inner well-being, which can then be brought outwards.
